Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
there is the link, the guy lives down the road from me. Kentucky, 2 slides one of them is about the whole side of the rv. It is a 36 footer. I am thinking about more like 65 to 69000. does that sound about like the ball park?

Been looking at buying a Rv for a couple of months. I seem to like the interiors of the Pace Arrow line. What feedback can I get from someone that has owned a 2005 pace arrow gas rv.. Good/bad I'll take it all. The one I am looking at is a little pricey at 75000, but own it negotiable and it is in really good shape and 15000 miles on it. Looks over all like the owner has taken really good care of it. So give me the scoop if you know!!!!!
Mike, welcome to the forum. You might try looking the coach up in NADA http://www.nadaguides.com/RVs to see what they say. NADA isn't an absolute price guide, but it will give you at least a sense of how realistic the asking price really is.
Personally, I'd be leery of a coach with a full-wall slide. Any opening in a wall weakens it somewhat, but doors and windows have to be there. Slides take out large sections of the wall, and the manufacturer has to do something to stiffen the wall. At an RV show a few years ago we talked to the service manager of a dealership. He said he managed to talk the bosses into NOT ordering full-wall slide coaches for their inventory. If a customer really wanted to order one, fine, but his opinion was that that huge slide weakened the side wall enough that the coach wasn't stiff enough to keep windshields from popping out when going in or out of some fuel stations or even in some campgrounds where each wheel crosses a dip or bump separately (think a diagonal depression or bump). If the coach looks good, and the price is reasonable, take it for a test drive and include such a spot. If the windshield doesn't obviously pop, take it out on the highway and see if there is any wind noise from the windshield. This might be more of a problem with coaches that have one-piece windshields. The windshield probably won't actually pop all the way out, but you might seem some loosening.
You will notice that we have a coach with NO slides. That was deliberate.
