Did some horse trading and ended up with one....its in nice condition and has a great solar package , had alot of add ons and a Vue cube included.....motor was changed out 13000 miles ago....got it from an Estate from someone who inherited it and had no idea of its value.

Figure this would help me size wise to get back out there....its alot easier to handle than the big one and cost wise cuts expenses down alot!!...its just me and the dog , so it will work.

I have a buyer for the Supreme so Im going to let it go and consolidate a little until I can get beyond my problems here....

Don't have any real experiance with the unit, but was in a Trek of that vintage about 5 or 6 years ago. My impression at that time was that the unit was not of very good quality. 

This was just my first impression and maybe it was just the unit I was in. If I remember right, it had a bed that was raised to the roof by cables when not in use.

I have known some serious boondockers who really liked Trek's so I think you will also like it. Since the bed has a 400lb limit, at least that is what I remember, it didn't work for many RV couples who like to eat. If you ever have problems with the bed, find someone to help you that has experience with it since I have been told it can be tricky to repair.

Same Exact unit gene interior and all.....other than the battery add ons in the cord bay and solar array on the roof.......even the same color!!!

Don't have any educated opinions, but looks nice! It's yours, make it into a home, and see you on the road!

We own a 2003 Monaco Safari Trek 2810.  This is the unit with the large bathroom.  We love ours and think it is the best thing since sliced bread.  The basic concept is similar for all years.  Early models were Isuzu diesels, then GM 6.5 diesel, Chev 454, Ford, and finally Workhorse/GM 8.1.  Monaco stopped building Treks after 2008.  Current market would seem to be a great time to revive the concept.

 

The concept of the bed in the ceiling that comes down at night and goes up out of the way during the day.  We don't tow around 8-10 feet of bedroom that we only use at night.  Plus we are short enough to get into USFS and state park campgrounds.  We have the living space of a 36 - 38 foot coach in a 29 foot coach.
