Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.


We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

We will be working at the New Horizons show model - usually in the afternoons until about 3pm. Maybe later. Come by and say hello!!

If you like 5ers you will LIKE the new show model. Plus anyone that wants to see our 2012 it will be available for showing as well - by appointment only.

We will be there on 1/20. Due to reasons beyond our control we have to stop our full time RV journey. Nexus will be at the RV show and we will be delivering our 2012 31' Nexus Phantom to one of their drivers. Our RV will be driven back to Elkhart IN. and placed in the Nexus showroom on a consignment program.

We will put down roots in Punta Gorda FL.

Where: NKK Special Event Tent (Florida State Fairgrounds)

We're trying to find a place for everyone to meet on the fairgrounds during one of the days of the RV show. If anyone knows where it would be great!  There were 44 of us last year that met in the floating restaurant but we couldn't stay long. Once you ate you had to leave so we missed seeing a lot of those that came. 

If anyone has suggestions, please post.

 Might want H & L back to chime in when they get back in a couple of days  - But the floating restaurant has seemed to be the easiest place for everyone to find in the past for meet-ups in Tampa..  Again, not knowing H & L's speaking schedule, but meeting there by 11:30 before everyone goes to lunch at the same time seemed to work in the past.  A day that works for H & L would be good. Same question as to their schedule.

Certainly open to a better suggestion.  Just don't know of a more centrally located and easy place to find that will be open to a lot of people so to speak.

OH, be careful - this is the thread for the 2013 show.  NOT the one coming up for 2014.

I thought some of these posts looked familiar.
