Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Replacement Dining Set

We are purchasing a new 5th Wheel and I detest the dining set. Any ideas where I can locate new RV furniture outside of my manufacturer?

You don't have to have RV furniture. Buy whatever you like that will fit thru the door.

Thanks Jesse!  I did think of that however it is  hard to find a set small enough to fit in the space. Also, most four table sets are made for a chair on all four sides rather than two chairs per side.

Since your profile says you are in Indiana go to Elkhart where there are two salvage places right across the street from each other on Bristol (IN-19).  You should find lots of choices, many of them new.

OK.  Please pardon the very poor humor here, but also consider the source....

....me.

I can't help but find it amusing that with a username like "LargeEventPlanner", you are looking for a small table.

Sorry....

...I'll slink away now and hide.

Terry

Hi Terry,
I do plan HUGE events (thousands of people) but I don't want to serve them in my 5th Wheel, I actually want to hide from them giggle.gif

Actually, it doesn't have to fit through the door. The large window and seal can be removed and put back, by someone who knows how. This provides a larger opening for changing furniture, etc.
