Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

It's is finished...

We have sold two cars, put some of our furniture on consignment, gave much away to a thrift shop that supports the community, will give our notice for work next monday, have a few going away things and we are on our way, sent stuff to our kids that you keep in your treasure chest, looking at some of that was hard.

We will be workkamping in OKC East for the summer, okay so we will still be working, but we will be living our Good Life and free from stuff.  Stuff doesn't own us anymore!  Okay, maybe books own me, I had a hard time getting rid of these and all my CD collection! That's okay, I kept some of my favorites.

We are going from the comfort of having a great paying job to the courage to step out and live our dream.
From the comfort of all the stuff to the courage of giving much away!
From the comfort of family around to the courage to trust them to the Lord.

We have just a few weeks left here and excitement and wonderment await as we prepare our hearts and minds for the things that will come.
Our daughter and my dad live down in the southeast states and can't wait until we arrive in Sept.  Big plans are being made and I hope we can live up to them.

You may be the same ones that I responded to in the past.  Is your workkamping gig at the OKC East KOA?

If so, I welcomed you then, and I'll welcome you again to the Oklahoma City area.  Jo and I live west of OKC.  If you are in need of tips of where to shop or whatever, feel free to contact us via private message.

There are a number of neat museums in the area as well.  All depending upon your interests.

Terry
