Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Fancy that!! I asked that same question here a while back. Here is a link to the answers that I got. That "tag" deals with putting a link in the same area as the thread title.

Thanks for the reply. I checked the link and read each entry. Still am not sure how the tag got there and what if anything I should do. For now, I will just do nothing unless there is something that I am doing incorrectly. If that is the case and someone will advise, I will try to fix it.
Each person that starts a topic can click on the "tag" and enter certain keywords related to that topic.
Once a "tag" is out there, then anyone can click on a particular "tag" and all topics that have been "tagged" with that keyword will come up.
For example, a couple of people have tagged topics with "Fifth Wheel". If you click on a "Fifth Wheel" tag, all the topics that have been tagged with that keyword show up. It's an easy way to search for topics if the tag feature is used properly and consistently.
So far, tagging hasn't been of much use in this forum because we haven't really promoted the feature and very few topics have been tagged. It works best if everyone uses it AND they create relevant, useful tags.
Only a few folks that came to this Forum knowing what "tags" could do for them have used them.
If anyone is interested and has a lot of time on their hands, we could authorize them as a moderator to go through the topics and add good tags. That would certainly enhance the ability to search through the Forum. But it would take hours upon hours.
Thanks for the explanation. This is the first forum we have ever joined and we are learning as we go........Friendly, helpful folks make it a great place to learn!!
