Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
I wash the turntable, oven racks and grease filter in hot dish detergent soapy water, and then wipe out the inside with a soapy dishcloth, then rinse with a clean wet cloth. According to the manual, do not use abrasive or harsh cleaners or scouring pads.
Be sure to wipe the waveguide cover (located on the ceiling in the oven) immediately after use if splashing or spatters occured during convection cooking. Built-up food splashes may overheat and cause smoke or possibly fire. Do not remove the waveguide cover.
I don't like to use spray cleaners in the oven because of getting it in the perforations on the wall.
Really like baking in the convection oven.

I'm a big fan of vinegar to clean with. Spray it on and wipe it off with paper towel or spray the paper towel and wipe it down. Google vinegar uses and see what it says for all kinds of cleaning jobs.
We use Easy Off Original Heavy Duty Oven Cleaner and it works magic in only 5-10 minutes. I preheat the oven to 250 degrees before spraying.
Maybe they changed the formula over the years, because it doesnt smell too bad.
Good luck, Fred
well I gave this a try and it works! but I only sprayed a small spot to test it. then I tried spraying some on a cloth and dabbing it on. You can't spray the open areas! I will take some doing but dabbing it on is an option
Thanks!!!
Linda
