Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
we wanted to make the big anouncment before we hitched up this morning. We had sold our house last summer and moved into our fifthwheel where we lived as we continued to work at our jobs until yesterday. We retired and started our new careers as fulltime RVers on the road. We are ready to hitch up and head to Memphis today, making our way to Branson and the RV Dreams Rally. Looking forward to seeing ya'll there.

Congrats! We hope to do the same someday. Do you have any plans beyond Branson or are you playing it by ear?? Look forward to meeting you at the rally. Travel safe....... Arlene
Tomorrow, we start on our 8th year. Hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
We just got to Branson today. See you when you get here.

Congrats!! We won't be at the Rally, but will be waiting to read all about it and see pictures, too! We've decided to get our house on the market by next month (instead of 1/09) ~ why wait, right?? Safe travels and have fun!
Thank ya'll for all of the well wishes. We are working our way across Missouri now on our way to the rally. We are stopping at some of the places that Howard and Linda hi-lighted on their journal in August '07. We are at Big Springs today . Tomorrow we hope to see Blue Springs and some others in the area if the storms hold off. To those of you that have not made it to full-timing yet, don't give up on your dream, it took us nearly 2 years from dream to reality. We plan to head out west after the RV Dreams rally and plan to attend the Escapees' Rally in Gillette Wy. After that we are planning to do some vollunteer work with church building in Wy. and Montana plus a family cousins reunion in western Nebraska. We hope to see Yellowstone and maybe Rocky Mt. Nat'l Park before heading back east to Kentucky, Tenn. and then back to Alabama for Christmas. I think we have another church build in lower Alabama in Jan. and Feb.
