Hi Linda. Howard wrote recently on a journal entry, that "Linda" was coloring her hair.. That reminded me of one of my biggest worries of our full timing plans... My Hair. Who and where will I get it cut and colored? I guess I take my chances at getting my hair cut, but I have always colored my owns hair. Soo...

Hello Linda and everyone! My question may be a bit tricky. But first, the back story: I'm a disabled veteran and domestic violence survivor in hiding. In my introduce yourself post, I mentioned that there was a local program that helps veterans get into donated RVs. They have big hearts and few res...

The interior of our camper is just plain ugly, boring and needs help even though it's only a year old. I know I can't drill holes in the walls but surely there is something I can do to make it more attractive. And, no, I'm not losing any sleep over this but just want to make the space MINE. HELP!!!

Our new trailer has a mcrowave convection combination oven. I have no idea how to use the convection aspect of it, and the directions are completely useless. It came with a metal rack that has orange plastic tips. What is this for? You can't use metal when microwaving, but if it is for convection co...

Awkward topic here. We're about to become full time RVers in a modest (small to most RVers) Class C. I'm starting to feel anxious about using the RV toilet and carrying waste in the tank. There's not a lot of space or privacy either. When we had a tiny Casita and snowbirded, I always used the campground wa...

I'm looking for an RV that will provide me with a temporary shelter while I detox from mold that was in my house (and community). The thing is, most of the brands that are good for mold allergies come in trailer form, and I'm SCARED to tow, having never done anything like it before. Is it as hard and scary...

Linda, At the rally last fall in Indiana you talked about museum gel or glue for securing knick-knacks. I have many that sit on wood surfaces. I was just checking on medical insurance coverage. WOW!!! Scary. We are 61 and 56 with no medical conditions. The quotes so far are over $2000.00. Can anyone tell me where to go to get a reasonable rate or is this the price for coverage where ever you go? Thanks for the information.

Hi! Julie, here. Due to an unscheduled pit stop at the evening session on toys last week in Sevierville, I totally missed the name of the cool baking dishes Linda says she now uses exclusively. New topic since Terry said we were getting off topic on the hair coloring post, which BTW, didn't apply to this natural blonde and the more time I spent in nice weather, the less I worry about any color other than bleached blonde. Any suggestions on how to better control the dust?
