Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Campgrounds and parks for seniors or adults only.

Are there any membership clubs that cater to the senior people who want quiet parks.??

What do you mean by membership clubs? Like Thousand Trails? If so, none that I know of.

Parks that are 55+, lots of them in snowbird areas. Lots of Co-Op parks are 55+.

Not sure about membership parks. Most that say 55+ only use that as a rule of thumb. If you are young and want to stay, and have the $, most will rent you a spot. There won't be anything for youngsters in a 55+ but most I've seen will let them stay. I did go to one in Deming, NM (the name escapes me but its 81 palms or similar) that definitely won't allow children.

Each membership has a park directory online. But as I said, I don't know of any of those membership companies that have 55+ parks as part of their system/affiliate parks. And Sept - May it is usually just weekends that you see kids in parks, summers just go with the flow.

A lot of the parks will have special areas/times that are just for adults.

But some of those are 'family' oriented and will have lots of little bare …. running around.

In snowbird areas there are many 55+ (adult only) campgrounds, but in summer areas very few. There is one in Maine called "Wild Duck" that I know is adult only, but I can't think of any others. Many 55+ parks, including Escapees co-ops, allow children to stay for up to 2 or 3 weeks at a time. That allows the grandkids to visit. It is hard to get away from kids.

Since membership campground systems need new blood, they want younger people to buy memberships and just like Barb, I know of none that are adults only.
