Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
I received a new Asus tablet for Christmas but I am unable to view the forum in the same format as I do on my lap top. Everytime I click onto the forum it forwards me to "active board". Can anyone tell me why?

Same thing with our Acer tablet. I installed the Dolphin HD browser and it didn't work either so I suspect activeboard is doing something stupid when it sees Android. I am thinking of installing Firefox and seeing if that works. The Kindle Fire probably has the same problem.
My wife took the tablet on a trip for five days and used it as an e-reader and notebook computer substitute and was happy. But she doesn't view this forum.
Well I just logged in with our new Kindle Fire and the forum reads exactly the same there as it does here. I logged into www.RV-Dreams.com and then worked through the various links to end up at the forums. Click on Recent Posts and I everything looks exactly the same.

I “fixed” the “i” things that had a problem with this (and other) non-mobile sites by putting an “Icon” shortcut with the direct URL to the Forum’s Recent Posts page so you don’t have to surf around to get there. Once there I could get the posts and read.
