Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
I'm heading for Annapolis, MD tomorrow for a disc dog event. It will be the 2nd time for Cheyenne and a first for Abbey who has been injured for the last 10 months. This is what started me down the RV path in the first place. Several of the competitors have RVs and after seeing how much work it is to pack up your dogs and go, now I know why! Cheyenne & I came in next to last on nearly every event last time so we're hoping there's nowhere to go but up. Abbey should do really well and if not, it's OK, she's my girl! Wish us luck!

It's been a while but I'm happy to report that Abbey came in 33rd overall in a field of 62 and Cheyenne placed 45th. This includes beginners, advanced as well as pro competitors. We're not really competitive but I am delighted that Abbey finished so well considering she is a complete beginner (as am I). Not too bad for a first timer coming off a long injury. That's her beautiful face on my avatar. Who knew disc doggin' would lead to RV Dreaming? Certainly not me, but glad to be here nevertheless.
