Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
I have a Travel Trailer with a two year warranty, of which one year is already used, leaving me with one more year. I am considering Good Sam for Extended Warranty coverage. Does anyone have any feelings either way on this provider? Thanks for your input, Marty
My neighbor has a 2007 Monaco and he swears by his Good Sam Extended Service Plan and Good Sam Emergency Road Service. He has used both plans and says he would not pull out of his driveway without them. I am confident I will likely get one or both plans as well since I am a Lifetime Member of the Good Sam Club.

We don't have any extended warranty plan, but do have Good Sam Emergency Road Service and have had tlo use them a few times. The service has been wonderful and the price is reasonable.
We had the extended warranty plan one year. We had to use it once and after the deductible it paid very little. Be aware they have a fee schedule for paying the service rep. Our repair person (although quite reasonable) was over their schedule and we paid the difference.
We have the roadside service and will keep that. Thankfully, we have never had to test its feasibiliy yet!
