Does anyone currently make a full-size fiberglass travel trailer? There are lots of small ones (Casita, Egg Camper, Escape, Oliver, Scamp) but I don't see any full-size ones. Some years ago someone (Keystone?) made one that looked a lot like an Airstream, even to being painted grey (close enough to aluminum, I guess), but that trailer apparently didn't sell well. I've heard that it was kind of sprung on the dealers, and the dealers just ignored it. Maybe few people wanted one. At any rate, is there such an animal available?
For various reasons, we'd like to trade our 40' Foretravel for a full-size travel trailer, preferably one with no slides, and a fiberglass one would be great, but they don't seem to exist. Any ideas? A 34' Airstream is currently at the top of our list.
Yes, we are full-timers, which is why I'm asking about full-size trailers. The little ones might be fun for a weekend of camping, but they simply aren't big enough for two adults for full-time use.

David, I used to own a 2016 Oliver 23' trailer and my research came down to that being the largest fiberglass travel trailer available. The closest to a larger trailer without slides would be your Airstream. However, you may want to do your homework on Airstream since they are now only rated for 3 seasons and not warrantied for full-time use. The new units have also had quality control problems reported after they got bought out by Thor.

I agree with olderthandirt and haven't seen anything larger than the Oliver. They are expensive too!

Thanks. Since Thor was formed to buy Airstream from Beatrice Foods many years ago, whatever Airstream we get will be one from Thor. I'm on airforums and am well aware of what quality issues there are. The three-season isn't an issue with us, as we don't spend much time where it is really hot or really cold. The warranty will also be long gone on anything we buy.
Bigfoot has a 25' trailer, but, again, it is a bit on the small side for us. I've been told that this is about the practical limit for this type of trailer. There are, of course, more conventional trailers with fiberglass skins, but they all have slides and are fairly tall, so the Airstream looks like our best choice.
