What causes these wrinkles? On this 2007 Crossroads RV

Im looking to purchase this rig. The owner says these wrinkles were present when he took ownership from the original owner. He also said the RV never hit anything.
No signs of water intrusion/stains inside the cabin, and the outside roof was re-sealed two years ago. The seam where roof and this pannel meet looks fine.
Could it be poor workmanship? Poor quality materials? Etc.ย
What do you experts think? I am handy but do not want to inherit a nightmare.

"Run, Forrest, run!" It looks like flexing of the front superstructure with no support under a very thin outer skin. There's no way I would consider purchasing this RV.

If you're really handy, have an area protected from the weather where you can work on it and you can get it really cheap I might give it a shot. It looks to me like something might have fallen on it, but I don't know, and I don't think you are going to find out. If all of the above aren't true and you're not much of a gambler like the other posters said Run Forest Run! The other thing you might do it see it you can take it to a repair center and see what they say. As always YMMV.

It appears that Crossroads RV is the manufacturer of the Sunset Trail.ย Sadly, I've no experience nor knowledge of how good their products may be built.ย I think I would first do some serious online searching for reviews of Crossroads RV units.
But, like the others, I'm NOT liking what I see in those pictures.
Oh, and by the way, welcome to Smugmug.ย Now, get some more photos out there.

Looks like delamination from water intrusion. I consider it a cancer! Definitely run!

If you're still considering the coach and you are worried about water intrusion look at the aluminum and see if there are pin holes. I once looked at a class a that had little pin holes on the side below the window going back at about a 45 deg angle. The owner said they were nothing to worry about. I disagreed. When I went inside the coach the paneling by the window as discolored and buckled. My theory is that the window became unsealed from the siding and the holes were from water intrusion corroding the aluminum from the inside. Just something you might look for.
