doing a bus conversion at the moment and the design at the moment has the black water holding tank about 2 meters from the toilet is it possible to fall it that far without having issues in the future, i have space to provide plenty of fall.

As long as it is a straight shot down, shouldn't be a problem. Ours has a 45° offset - and any bend is a place where 'material' can get hung up. Plenty of water is always required.

You don't say how far the drop is from the floor where the toilet will be mounted to the top of the black tank. That will determine the slope of the pipe. The plumbing from our toilet to the black tank runs at about a 45 degree angle. We've never had a problem with it. I "stix 'n brix" homes, the downward angles of the sewer lines are far less than that.

We have a 45 degree slope from toilet to holding tank. No clogging problems. Our down pipe is only about a meter long.
