Just got off the phone with Farm & City and they tell me as of next year National Interstate is no longer insuring RVs! So bummed about this. We had a great rate through them. Anyone have a good review on insurance for an older motorhome? We are covered this year but we're looking at quotes with other plans.

Recommend Miller Insurance - Ask for Marlene Bounds (800) 622-6347

Miller "does" RV insurance and knows about RV Insurance. We've been very pleased with the service and rates. We happen to be with Progressive but they represent other underwriters as well.

Farm and City, also called RV Advantage, is much like Miller and has served us well for more than a decade. Currently they have us with Allied, which is part of Nationwide.

We were also with National Interstate, and they made arrangements to insure our vehicles through Safeco, which we were able to get with no increase in price. The only drawback was that we were getting Coach-Net through National Interstate and Safeco doesn't do that, so we signed up with Coach-Net ourselves. Prior to making the change official, we checked with the folks at Miller Insurance (our broker), and they seemed to think that Safeco was a good company. Time will tell.
