I'm shocked and disappointed that the chat room has disappeared. I've meet several good friends in chat over the virtual campfire who have never attended a rally. Some of these virtual friends have become 'real life' friends and I cherish their company. Our past two weeks in Quartzsite is a case in point. Good times spent there with Lorne, Sue, Rowdy, Missy, Pat and Harold in front of a real camp fire would never have come about without the chat room.
Kyra, it was a tough decision but a long time coming. The Chat Room was certainly a place where several folks "met" and became friends, and I know how important it was to a lot of people which is why we maintained it and paid the monthly fee much longer than I would have preferred. Fortunately, Dee has added a chat room - RV-Fan Chatroom - to her blog so everyone can continue on.
