My husband Rob and I (Karen), have started the process to become full-time RV'ers. We are listing our home on the market, gotten in touch with an estate sale specialist, and are looking at a Jayco Seneca 37FS. We would appreciate any comments, or helpful info you can give us. Thanks.
Get your mail service now before the house sells. Change all our addresses including your banks and other finamcials to the mail service. Do NOT forward your mail at the post office yet. When new mail goes to the mails service you just periodically have it shipped to the house.
Once the house sells everything is already in place. Now you notify the post office of a change of address which by now should,be minimal. In addition you will have utility bills and financial statements with the new address allowing you to claim your new (if you chose) domicile immediately.

Selah: I appreciate this advice regarding mail. We will become part-timers now, but I have been wondering how to deal with mail. Thanks. Karen (another Karen. Kcmoss101)
