I'm a full time RVer looking to trade in my old fifth wheel. Ive been looking at this preowned 2011 Landmark Augusta by Heartland but, I don't know anything about this type of trailer. Is it a good model? Does it hold up well for full time Rving? What is the quality of this specific trailer? If it's not recommended, what do you recommend for full time RVing? I'm looking for preowned between 20k-26k. So basically, what older models would you recommend for a full timer if this Landmark Augusta is a bad choice?

The Landmark is the top of the Heartland line, and is one of three lines that are "approved" for full-time use. They are heavy, so you will need at least an F450-class truck.
20 to 26 thousand pounds? As in 10 to 13 tons? Oh brother.

We have a 2014 Landmark - Grand Canyon - we are a bit heavy at about 16,500lbs and we tow with a 2011 F350 Diesel super duty DRW 4x4 - no issues at all towing or stopping.
As far as quality of the rig - we've had only VERY minor issues and wholeheartedly recommend the brand. I might mention we've had ours since it was new and so buying used there is an element of unknown. There are other Heartland owners here, hopefully they will chime in.
Please PM me if you have any specific Q's!

We have a 2016 Landmark Key West - purchased new. We bought the Landmark because it is designed for full-time living which we plan to do later this year. We've had just a couple of minor issues and found dealing with Heartland to be very good.
When purchasing used - you don't know what you are getting. How about having a certified RV technician evaluate the rig? It may be worth the money you spend to find out what you are getting.
The GVWR on our rig is 18,000 pounds and we tow with a 2016 Ram 3500 Diesel, dual rear wheels, long bed.
Good luck with your search!

The Original Poster is talking about 20 to 26 thousand dollars, not pounds.

Landmarks aren't that heavy, but some other brands are.

I'd suggest that you join the Heartland owners' forum, heartlandowners.org/forum.php and ask some questions there.

Also, the Heartland Owners Forum is a great resource for information. You can ask about the Augusta at: https://heartlandowners.org/content.php
