I have two 12V socket plugs (or if you prefer cigarette lighter type sockets) in my RV - One is in front of the passenger seat and the other is under a desk in the bedroom. I currently have purchased 2 Bestek inverters that I use for charging phones and using a laptop. I also plugs my TV and Sat. Box into the inverter and things worked great.
Here is the question: Does anyone know the AMP capacity of one of these types of outlets? There is no documentation on them in any manuals that I have for the RV.
Thanks.

About 10AMPs DC, or around 120 watts. But they might be fused lower.

As a follow up to Bill J - they could also be fused independently of each other or possibly with other loads on the same fuse. You should be able to determine this by looking at the fuse box layout index. Sometimes the fuse for one is in a different box than the other outlet. Another "It depends." Found them all sorts of way depending on the vehicle. Highly recommend you carry spare fuses of all sizes for your vehicle regardless.

1 way to find out... overload the fuse to pop it, you'll know then.
