I hadn't used my RV since last summer and when I got to my RV I realized I never disconnected my starting battery. I went to start my RV yesterday and when I turned the ignition and all I got was a clicking sound. The gauge on my dashboard read that I was getting about 10 volts from the battery. Is it possible to jump start the battery using my own car or should I get a new battery?

Let it charge for a bit from your car through booster cables. Try start it after about 10-15 minutes. Once the battery appears to be fully charged through running of the alternator or with a battery charger, the battery should be load tested to make sure it's good.

You can probably jump it but I'd get that battery checked since it discharged to ± 10 VOLTS ! If it ain't scrap, you are lucky.

It may be scrap depending how old it is and how long it's been sitting discharged. Rather than jumping with my car (and risk damaging it's battery or alternator), I'd connect a battery charger to it and let it charge up first.
You don't mention your coach or battery specifics, but you battery might be in the neighborhood of 200 amp-hrs, and if you had two would be in the 400 amp-hr range. If you use a fairly common 10amp charger, that means in a day or so you 'should' be able to start it.....assuming a cell hasn't gone bad.
I would try charging it, before going to the hassle of unbolting/uncabling it and lugging it somewhere to be tested, then charged. You'll know soon enough whether it holds a charge after charged up.

Thanks for the advice. I believe it is a Group 31 battery with 950 cranking amps.
