I'm completely new to the world of RVing. I always went tent camping, or stayed in a youth hostel or hotel room.
In the last 16 years, I've been down on my luck health wise. My house may contain mold; I have actually tested positive for a type of mold called, "Penicillium Notatum."
I've heard of some people who get environmentally friendly RVs as a respite from a house, a toxic environment, or chemicals.
I'm hoping to do that.
I'm currently looking at Scamp, Casita, and camplite.

Welcome to the forum Margaret! One of the main reasons we love the High Chihuahuan Desert is for health problems I picked up on the Greater SE Asia Govt tour. (Vietnam.) It is just so much easier for me to breathe there so I think I understand what you are saying.
Enjoy your search for your coach but would recommend you start and use a spreadsheet for features you want. I use a separate binder for ideas and things I want/would like. Another for places to visit or things to see, and a third with the brochures and info on the models am interested in. Simple but works for us.

Have purchased 14 RV's Class C or Class A in the last 46 years. Have not had health issues with any of them BECAUSE for a week min. before I start to use them I do as many Realtors do the night before holding an Open House and use an HEPA Ionic Air Purifer Cleaner Ozone Ionizer Breezer or Generator to remove (or mask in their case) the out gassing from the new or existing walls and furniture. Have used X-15's for over a decade and just purchased my first Atlas this year. This will not work for everyone (diff health issues) but works great for me. Purchase many used or bank repo'd manufactured housing (Trailers) even a couple FEMA trailers for my ranch hands and move them from the bunk house to a trailer benefit at 5 years employment. We bug bomb them the first day and then use the Ionizer/Hepa filters to clean the air up for a min of a week or two. We take some samples from around the unit and send them out to a lab to be tested. One trailer came back as very dangerous (mold-Aspergillus & the black mold Stachybotrys chartarum) so I had it taken out to a remote part of the ranch into a trench we excavated, burned and then buried in the arroyo by a bulldozer. Have not had any health issues so far after doing this. In the High Chihuahuan Desert this is not necessary for me but still use once a week to help keep the dust down. However when we go up to Northern Wisconsin or Michigan need to use both the generator and an EAC constantly but the RV itself has not mattered to us but location has mattered. Have felt the healthy best in our King Aire but we are currently out RV shopping and have a short list of 2 other manufacturers as Newmar dropped the Spartan K3GT chassis for 2017.

I plan on doing something like that, but I want to start out as clean as possible, regardless, which is why I'm looking at Camplite, Scamp, and kCasita, among others, but they're hard to find, and the new Camplite has added rubber roofs, which I'm not very keen on.
Also, ozonaters can be bad for your health.
