One of the factors that we checked on before buying our Foretravel was how active the owners forum was. While we were researching I joined several brand-specific forums so that I could ask questions about the brands we were considering. Some brands don't have owners forums, some forums aren't very active, and some require you to own the coach before allowing you to join the forum.
As you are considering buying an RV, do yourself a big favor and join the owners forum for any brands you are considering. You can get some information about the specific RV you are considering, and may even be able to talk to a former owner of the actual RV you are looking at. Obviously, most owners like their choices and want others to enjoy what they have found. Remember that questions about things that are broken or aren't working properly (or to owner's ideas of properly) don't necessarily mean that there is something wrong with the brand. Rather, it means that the owners are actively involved in maintaining their coaches.
What happens if the brand you want either doesn't have a forum, it is not very active, or you must own the brand before joining? That's up to you. For us, those would be deal-breakers.
