ordered a 400 watt portable solar package from Amazon /Windy nation......ups delivers it box damaged and tore up......panels are broken ....no packing materials..........you would think they would have a phone available and call the customer immediately to help rectify the situation and save a 1000.00 sale.......NOPE!!!......We got your money we will get to you when we can....please send us an email....
you would think that the biggest customer base for these units are the RV industry and you wouldnt want someone who travels fulltime and works at rallies and shows to have the piece of crap you sold them on display for all to see how you treat your customers..........well for the money I spent , and being a sign company your new display will be one of the nicest ways to cost you what I spent 10 fold!!!!........LOL

Well, that may very well be UPS's fault, not Amazon or Windy Nation.
If you've still got the box and stuff, I'd go to UPS and see about replacement. Might also call Amazon/Windy Nation to see if they insured the package.

you paid too much the whole kit is on sale at $703.00 and Free shipping. whenever u get bad or damaged goods ordered thru Amazon all you do is a online claim
/return. I find them awesome to deal with and always have my claims or complaints handled within 2 days using amazon

Well today a week later and the outcome........amazon no Kudo's for you!!
The head of windy nations got drift of it and called me personally.....his answer after seeing the photo's was "save everyone alot of aggravation and money...Please destroy the panels and new ones are on the way......plus a refund!!
I shall eat my words while being in a heated state of mind.....But I am now a life customer and spokesperson for this company !!!!!......all I can say is WoW

I bought the 400 watt portable kit........2 extra panels and support hardware .....extra wire and remote plugs to attach to the existing system
