It has been 3-4 months since I used Aqua Hot (450D) for heat. We have used it both electric and diesel for hot water and it seems to work fine. Tonight it is 34 degrees, so I tried the heat (furnace) using both electric and diesel. The burner fires up, all lights are green, all fans blow. The air temperature at the register is about 52 degrees in both zone 1 and 2. I have recycled the system several times, to no avail.
I appreciate any advice on fixing this since it will be a few days before I can get it to a technician. If you give advice, please be specific. I have read forums that say "tap on the regulator valve and it will open." What regulator valve and how big a tap? Make that information useful. I need something like "tap on the brass colored connection below the black panel with the pretty green lights using a small hammer." I can access the Aqua Hot status panel (black with pretty green lights) in a driver's side lower bay. In the same compartment, is the boiler fluid reservoir which is full. In the compartment on the opposite side, I can access Aqua Hot hoses, a grey nob thing with hoses going through it and the lower compartment thermostat.

Most likely senerio is the flow valves are stuck. They do this when they sit idle for too long.I actually go out in the summer time and run my 450 just to exercise the flow valves. Take off the access panel to the motor side which is usually the control panel side. You will see two brass valves with hoses attached the valves are side by side. while running zones lightly tap on these flow valves. they should open (make sure the zones are on and running)
