Ideas on how to view propane switching manifold window

I moved this from an old topic because it came up in a relevant Google search I was doing for propane tank gauges. I agree with most views that using the automatic switching manifold system for my dual tank system is the most reliable way to see gas needs. However the manufacturers of my Keystone TT in their "infinite wisdom" decided to tightly cover the 2 tanks.
Here is my switching manifold which Keystone hides behind this front panel with 4 of these hold-on nuts
So my question to all the innovative people out there; How can I make is easier to check my manifold indicator without going through the harangue of removing the hold nuts & panel?
I know I could just remove the panel for the winter but besides it looking ugly, the tank hold would fill with snow & ice. Thanks in advance.

if your using the trailer durring the winter and worried about how long you have on a 40 pound cylinder......you mentioned Ice and snow....LOL......better get an extend a stay......2 40 pounders are roughly 1 week of heat .......trust me....been boondocking in New England for years......gauges just let you know your out and the fill pump is closed til morning!!!

Yeah I have an extension hose to a 100 pounder & 4 - 30s as backup. Still trying to find a way to view the manifold gauge w/out dealing with the panel shown above. I suppose I could build a wheeled plywood nose cone with a plexiglass window to keep an eye on the manifold green/red indicator.
