Another breakdown Ironically, our only other breakdown that required towing in April, we were in this same Tri-State (CA/AZ/NV) area and we had a not so good initial experience with Coach Net and a local towing company that I had started a thread about at that time.
Friday night we had another incident where we needed to be towed, we were 23 miles outside of Needles CA. After we called Coach Net and they found a local tow company and it was the same one that we felt was so unethical to deal with, we asked if they could find another company and they came through. Another tow company was dispatched, overall, while it was still an ordeal, it was a much better experience this time around.
Now I just have to wonder, between 2 incidents in April and October, is this going to impact renewing our Coach Net service in January??? I know they have lost money on us this year.

Don't know. We bought a five-year membership in CN when we got the insurance on our coach, and we have needed their help a couple of times. This last time involved two different tows totaling about 100 miles or so.
I would think, though, that they look at their overall profitability, not whether or not they make any money on one particular customer. There might be a total dollar amount for a year that they won't go over, though. That may or may not be made known to you in your CN policy.
