I bought my first trailer in 1974, kept it for a few years then went for a cottage till 2001. In 2001, being retired I bought my first motorhome, a 1993 diesel pusher that I traded in 2010 for my present motorhome, a class A, Ford with a V-10 and a 5 speed tranny. The quality is so and so and for sure, the next one will be a short diesel pusher.
Since 2001, we have snowbirded to the southern States from Florida to California. Coming back from our snowbird trips, we rode on the I-40 or the I-70.
For the past 4 years, we snowbirded Heritage Village in Okeechobee, Florida and we are going back for our last time this winter. http://www.heritagevillageflorida.com/
Fall 2016, we'll head to western Canada provinces and then ride down the west coast and spend a few months in Arizona, our favorite winter state and drive back home in april 2017.
