I'm wanting to contribute by posting reviews of camp grounds we have stayed at. What are you using?
I started using RVparkreviews.com and have read about others using Campendium.com.
I'm trying to avoid using more than one place to post reviews and am looking for a long term solution.

Because I love using Campendium.com for our planning, I only post reviews there. You can give just a star rating or a detailed review. I really like the addition of information on the data strength as we love our internet access
The other site is often out-dated with reviews from two years ago. Also, if you have a question or and issue, the folks at Campendium are very responsive and easy to work with.

I have always used RVparkreviews but have posted a bunch of reviews on Campendium just to do my part in helping it grow. But hardly look at it for planning because it is so limited still and it does not show towns near by like Rv Park Reviews.
I use RV Park Reviews as the others I've found seem to be very limited. It would be nice if everyone would post in one place so there would be sufficient volume in one location. Many time there may only be one or two reviews for a campground and they may be old.

Trouble with having lots of different sites - who has time to do reviews on all of those sites?

We switched this year to using Campendium (used to use RVParking.com) to leave our reviews - we like the site, the people behind it, that they strive to list boondocking sites & parks and that's it more community & social media oriented.
But we agree, there are too many sites out there trying to provide essentially the same service, and too few people who leave reviews to make any of them 'the go to' place.

We just finished a trip and I decided to review campsites on both Campendium and RVparkreviews to see what is involved. I ended up adding a park to RVparkreviews which was not hard to do. I noticed I was the first to post reviews on a couple at Campendium. Seemed like Campendium at least had all the parks already listed - and more types of parks such as state parks. Some of the older posts on RVparkreviews were not completely accurate. That's to be expected. I preferred the user interface Campendium has.
We have a few years before we start traveling full time. Suppose I'll give both a try until then.
Wish we could have found one single source when searching for parks while traveling but can see that might not be possible right now. I'm just getting used to the trip planning aspects of RV travel. At least we had time to check several sources before arrival at our final destinations. Overnight stops were a different story as we decided not to plan where we would be staying. When we got ready to stop for the day the wife did some searches for parks near towns we were near at the time.

I use RV Park Reviews because that's the one I use when researching and I am trying to pay back a little.
