Just read an article in the newspaper regarding the fatal accident Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner was involved in on PCH in Malibu earlier this year.
The lead detective on the case is presenting his findings to the DA for possible prosecution. He indicated the investigation has determined Jenner was travelling at a high rate of speed for the conditions. Although Jenner was not in an RV he was in an SUV towing a flatbed trailer with an UTV on it.
He/she did not cause the accident, he rear ended a car that had rear ended the lead car in the four vehicle accident.
Just wanted to post this as a caution when driving/towing an RV at higher than posted speed; if involved in an accident whether it's your cause or not you may end up at fault due to excessive speed.

In Puerto Rico, if you're not wearing your safety belt you're automatically considered to be at a level of fault and will have some explaining to do. High speed is not just a no-no it's a high level of liability.
