We just bought our first RV - a Monaco Diplomat 1999, it's in great shape however the pleated blinds are dusty and a bit stained.
Looking for suggestions of how to safely clean the blinds and how others maintain them over time.
Thanks for any help!

We had pleated day/night shades before we replaced them with MCD American Duo shades. I took them down and my wife put them in the shower and sprayed them with scrubbing bubbles. After they soaked for a while she sprayed them down with water using the shower wand. I put them outside on a picnic table partially collapsed and let them dry overnight. It worked pretty well. They looked much better.

Try OxyClean or a similar product. We soaked our pleated windshield blinds overnight in a bathtub of oxyclean with excellent results.

She's still here, Bernie.
And, it's a good thing because everyone knows that I can't cook.
