Surveyor Sport M-220 travel trailer by ForestRiver. Purchased new in 2013 (we're moving up to a fifth wheel for full-timing). This RV is in immaculate condition - used by a retired couple. We don't smoke and don't have pets. Low mileage and light use. Rear bath, front full queen bed, large basement for storage. The dinette is in a slide which really opens up the interior. Electric stabilizer jacks (4) and electric tongue jack. Power awning with built-in LED lighting. All interior lights converted to LED for less heat and low power draw. Tires are in excellent condition and on alloy wheels. Unit has built-in toy rack on the back and I have added fork-mounts for carrying two bikes. 25' overall length (not counting the toy rack when it's down). 4,715# dry weight, 3,058# cargo capacity.
