Advice on 1999 Coachmen Catalina 33' that has water stains on ceiling

We're looking at buying a low mileage motorhome that has extensive stains on ceiling that has been touched up with paint. Looking on top of the roof, I find only some repairs around the AC units. Otherwise everything else up there looks well-sealed. The current owner says the seals under the units were replaced and that solved the leaks. Does this look like a correctly done job or is this something to be concerned about? I would appreciate the opinion of people who have had experience with roof leaks...

If I were serious about motorhome I would pull the A/C and look at frame work and all very close. Leaks can be minor in nature or could have been present for a long time and caused serious damage.
I would think it would deserve some close inspections.
Surprises are no fun.
Good luck,
Jim

Looks like it may be in need of a re-roof. Appears to be a bit of a POOR patch job. If it has been leaking for a while there could be some structural rotting/damage. In reality there are "a lot of fish in the sea".

I too would be concerned about rot, mildew or even mold. How long had the unit been leaking? How much water was able to enter the ceiling area? These are question you may not be able to answer until you open the ceiling.
