I'm curious..... the toads you have for your MH..... are they also your primary vehicles for 'everyday' use? I'm referring to those that do not FT of course and still own a home.
I'm not too excited about having a home/primary vehicle/MH AND another vehicle specifically for toad purposes. ($$$) but curious what you all do.

I part-time nice weekends. I pull my '09 Impala on a dolly behind our 40' diesel pusher. The Impala is our regular "Daily Driver" usually. Pulling with the dolly I didn't have to worry about a base-plate and brake system other than what's on the dolly. Also if want to upgrade to a different car......just put it on the dolly. Only down side is having to put up with the dolly all the time but usually do "pull thru's" and leave it hooked up and just drive the car off. Made the best sense(cents) for me right now anyway.

We bought our Subaru two years before we went fulltiming and used it as our daily driver for those two years then as our toad, in fact we still have it and it is going strong. Not a problem - why wouldn't you do that? Is there some reason to think a toad can't be a daily driver?

Our original toad was a 2002 Honda CRV and it was my wife's car. She drove it to work and anywhere else she wanted to drive. We were only planning to be part-timers when we bought the CRV and set it up as a toad.

We also planned to fulltime a couple years and here we are coming up on 12 years.
