Distracted driving to max. What a nightmare. Wondering what was the rooftop of the 5er covering now? Looks like another vehicle's trailer of some sort.

Last night, on the north bound Grapevine a pickup and TT had to take one of the runaway ramps. Everything appeared ok but they had to call atow truck to drag him out of the gravel.
I see RVs doing 55 to 65 MPH on long hills. This guy probably realized he was going too fast and cooked the brakes trying to slow down. In addition to the tow bill, he will get to do a brake job as well.
If you think you can do the posted speed limit in a heavy RV, God be with you.

The RV must have driven so well that they forgot what they were driving and thought it was a Mini Cooper.

You can say that honestly with your TV.

LOL.... Except when you make a nice tight right-hand turn and see the behemoth turn inside you!

It is so much easier mentally to pull a 53' reefer than my fiver. I am soooo afraid I will scratch it. I do a lot of Los Angeles and San Francisco driving. It's a challenge with the traffic but not nerve wracking. When the fiver is hooked on it is a different story.
Amazes me what some people think.....
