Somebody, Please Help ! I need a replacement window for my 1998 Alpenlite 5th wheel. I can get a new one made from Duncan Systems - Elkhart, IN, but it takes 6 - 8 weeks with a total cost of $1,131.00. I realize my unit is old & outdated, but does anyone know where to go for a used one ? I have tried ebay and several rv salvage places to no avail. It is dual pane, non-slider Hehr, 22.25" H x 55"L x 1.75"depth, I have the retainer clip which makes it a total of 3.7/8"depth wise. Not concerned about tint or color, just need a replacement or something that would be close.

You didn''t say if you needed the whole assembly or just the glass, but if you just need the glass Sunset Designers http://suncoastdesigners.com/rv-services/ in FL can get the glass for you if they don't have it in stock.
Another place to try is PPL Parts in Texas, http://www.pplmotorhomes.com/parts/rv_parts_rv_accessories.htm I was able to get some discontinued items from them for a 1992 MH that I had.
Let us know how your search is going. We can probably come up with some other sources if need be. I've had a good experience dealing with both of these companies so give them a call and tell them what you need.

Some glass companies carry laminated safety flat glass and can cut it to fit your frame if you can't locate it elsewhere! I delivered glass and supplies to a dealer in Palatka, Fl. Ricks Auto Glass. He should be listed in the Yellow Pages.
