Is there a state that RV'r know of that is the cheapest to get Health Insurance for full timers?

It's not just a matter of cheapest.. which can vary depending on your age, zip code and if you qualify for exchange subsidies.. but also a state that offers plans that are full timer 'friendly' (i.e. having a nationwide network, or at least a network in the places you want to travel).
There's also many other considerations for choosing a state of domicile that is right for you - income taxes, vehicle registration costs, local laws, logistics of keeping residency, etc. For many full timers not of Medicare age.. the top two states tend to come out as Texas and Florida.
