ok i have had this flow pur 10000 for about 2 months and when i got it my water was soft and when i went to regen it the most i can get the water soft to is 25 ppg i have tryed every thing to get it softer does any body have one i live in wichita fall s tx i have called the compamy and they sent me resin and i put it in to what they said and still i can only get it to 25 ppg

A couple of things to consider. The test strips can be damaged by moisture and have an expiration date.
How long are you leaving the salt solution in the unit? I leave it in mine several hours and even overnight sometimes when I am lazy.
I spoke with the manufacturer and he said the longer the better - although overnight is surely overkill.
I flush it for at least ten minutes when the water pressure is less than 30 psi or so.
