For those of you who have been there... I'm trying to decide whether to leave MB immediately before or after Dec. 31st. Which city has more fun stuff to do on New Year's Eve?
For the past probably 10 years, our NYE celebrations have consisted of playing our annual game of Scrabble over some adult beverages and nachos and then going to bed at 10:00. We're hoping that since we're on the road, maybe we can force ourselves to not to drop until the ball does and maybe go out and have some fun for a change!

We have stayed, at Willow Tree RV resort in MB....for NYE...they do a nice little dance and celebration with food and beverages...We usually hang out, then split after the countdown....12:30 or so...it's a nice time....G

We just got back from Savannah and stayed at one of the nicest state campgrounds in a long time, Skidaway State Park just outside Savannah (about 20 min drive). We were also about 15 minutes from Tybee Island which has the feel of an LIB or Ocean City, Maryland.
Looks like they have a big NYE celebration on the waterfront:
