Now cleaning the garage out, things I would use someday out in the round file. "Noooo not the round file I was going to use that one day on a project!" but she said" Throw it out" lol.
I have very little stuff left to do projects with but if it does not fit in the camper it does not come with us. Like wire welder, air compressor, bench grinder, power tools......
Now we have to sell the house but we can leave it the hands of the realtor.
Selling the business was not fun and was very stressful but we are glad it is over.
We will leave after Christmas for warmer weather and shoot for Arizona,
Can we miss the snow and cold, probable nooot. Happy wife, happy life.

Congrats on selling the business and making a huge dent in the "stuff"! With one more Christmas in the house, you can probably handle just a little snow?

Congrats Lonnie and Angel and welcome to the life of unlimited possibilities!
We are well into our 3rd year and starting the final purge of stuff. I will be retiring "officially" at the end of the year and need to purge more items off out of my life (lots of tools and things that I also saved for the "I might need that for that project!"). We will be heading to Quartzite the first week in January for the Circling of the Montanas and then we will be either staying in the La Posa or Imperial Dam LTVA until late March/ early April.
Good luck and safe travels!

Congratulations! Hope the sale of the house goes well also. Well, missing cold and snow? Well, if you were staying in the desert 12 months out of the year, you might because I did. One Easter in April, they had snow in Tucson. It was the first snow in I believe the neighbor said 11 years. This was the good snow that dusts the entire area, looks beautiful and is gone tomorrow.

Congrats' to you folks,
Lots of things could be said and already have. I wanted to say Thank-You for your interest and help concerning my question about boondocking and running the A/C.
I'm sure the excitement of pulling-out for the new life of FREEDOM will vastly out weigh the feeling of loss and the now - what ???
We also have put our acreage up for sale here in northern Missouri and plan to leave for Southern Texas on Thanksgiving Day. Headed for Beeville, TX about 50 mile straight north of Corpus Christi. See ya around...

Don't worry Lonney, you'll have lots of projects for which you'll need tools in your full-time life. If your compressor is small enough be sure to bring it. Congratulations on the business sale.
Well we sold the business, I'm feeling the lost.
