Metal Tray needed for Apollo Half Time Convection Oven

Hello! I'm brand new to this forum and to the world of RVing. We recently purchased a used Holiday Rambler Atlantis. I was excited to see that there was a convection oven. Sadly the unit didn't come with the metal tray insert that I understand is essential for the halftime and convection cooking. We are located in Canada near Toronto. Would anyone have a recommendation where I could find this tray or better yet an alternative?
Thanks for your help!

Elizabeth,
First of all, welcome to the RV Dreams forums. You will find this to be an excellent source of information for both RV's and the RV lifestyle. All one has to do is ask the questions, and there are NO dumb questions. The only dumb ones are those not asked and one makes a costly or time consuming mistake. So, ask away.
As for the convection over, would you happen to have the oven's brand name and model? With that information, you might get more help. I suspect that many of us have no idea of what was installed in a Holiday Rambler Atlantis.

you would be amazed at how many of these trays and racks show up in the local thrift stores!!
measure the glass tray and that will give you the size.....Apollo is not a MFG. they are a re-branding company most countertop micro/conv. trays will fit in the 1100 watt range or bigger units.....you might also want to check with your local used appliance store servicer......bet he has a pile that will fit it!!

I also needed a metal tray for my convection/microwave. I input the manufacturer & model # into a search engine, and came up with a list of places that I could get a replacement tray for my oven. If you haven't tried that yet, I'd do an internet search.
