Just wanted to share a story for those who are buying. We got our unit in April and had a couple of issues. The door was not closing properly, the after market washer dryer we ordered didn't work, and the gray valve tank got stuck in the open position. We discovered these issues less than 30 days after purchase and pickup but just now got them resolved. I don't believe this dealer is any worse than any other it's just when you pickup they are at their busiest and it took three onsite visits (which we did not pay for) to get the right part. In the case if the washer dryer they replaced the part and finally just had to replace the unit.
The tech was great ...the service department not so much and it took significant persistence on Lee's part to get everything fixed correctly. We did the PDI, we did the overnight stay, but some issues will arise. So advice ...get a good warranty but more importantly stick to your guns with the dealer. Luckily none of our issues stopped us from using our rig this summer but the irritation factor was not small. The way I look at it is besides my sticks and bricks this is the largest single purchase I have ever made and they were damn sure going to make it right.

Trace is so right. It is like this with everything anymore and if you don't demand and sit on them, you can't get anywhere. This is the way it is supposed to be or function, etc. and you have to fight your way to having it that way. I do think this is why frustration levels are so high with nearly everyone these days. I know it is hard for some people to "demand" but often, it comes to just that. I saw an episode of "The Middle" where the teen girl "finds her voice" and that is what you need for survival. I'm not taking the financial hit so that the manufacturer can put the money in his pocket. I return a lot of things, things that come broken, things that fall apart just after purchase and I write companies with complaints about their products. I'm old enough to remember when people had pride in their products and service, the "good ole' days".
