Craig and I are holed up here in Elkhart, IN in a hotel room. We found out today that our 5er will probably not be ready for several more days. We have been in this hotel room too long and need to get to the woods. Can someone recommend a cabin somewhere in the area or just over the Michigan border on a lake? The cabin needs to be furnished because all of our belongings are packed away. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. The sooner you can respond, the better. Many thanks, folks!!!

I don't have one specific cabin in mind, but St. Joseph, MI. is only about 1 hour away. It is on lake Michigan. I will do a Google search for a place.

You can check with Elkhart Campground, they have cabins, I don't know if they are furnished. They are not in the woods. Are you waiting for your rig? How long will it be?

Thanks, Tom and Cathy and Linda. We were looking for something on a lake, but almost anything will do. Our rig probably won't be ready until next week. We came up a little early to try and get some rest. Can't wait to get settled in our new home!
