Letting ya'll know we have gone full time. Started June 11, 2014. Have been in FL, GA, SC, and NC. Have learned that we want to stay 4 or more days whenever we stop, there may be exceptions.
I have learned why others only travel under 250 mileas a day.
We have mostly been in ferderal, military (she's retired Army), and state campgrounds. Usually great places and can't beat the senior rate.
We have missed the following: our in-ground pool, large bathroom, large shower, and double vanity.

Congrats Harvey!
250 miles would be our max to travel on any given day. We really like traveling no than 175 miles in a day. 90% of the time we don't like back to back travel days. We'll spend 2 or 3 days before we move on and that's if we're in a hurry.

Congratulations! When you get out west try the Naval Weapons Station in Seal Beach, CA. Has it's own private beach that you can use if there are no weapon ships in and you may well be the only ones there. We prefer to drive in and out of the LA area on Sundays only. Also Tinker AFB in Oklahoma is nice.

We moved often like you the first year or so but then started staying at least a month unless we we were in transit to a specific location. No hurry anyway and much cheaper for a monthly rate.
