I am looking at a 2006 National Sea Breeze LX 8311 with 23,000 miles and would like information from anyone who has owned one.
I will be full timing next spring with my sister and we have just started really looking with the intent to buy. The
National RV stands out to me as a little different from all the others but would like to know if it has a good history
and is dependable company.
thanks

Do a little search on why the company failed. That is less than 3000 miles a year, which would seem to suggest it has sat for maybe years? How has the maintenance been handled, that would be my greatest concern. Also tires/batteries - when were they replaced?

Lilly,
I agree with Barbara on this one. If the RV has sat that much and not been properly maintained and exercised, it could be a money pit with the need of a lot of repairs. I strongly suggest that if you follow up on this one that you get a very good inspector to check out EVERY system on the coach, including the engine and transmission. If a motorhome has not been used, seals can dry up and other things go awry inside.

Best source of information would be from other National owners. Try the iRV2.net National owners forum: http://www.irv2.com/forums/f105/

Agree with Barb, get on an owners forum like irv2. The other owners will be a wealth of information.
