This is a favorite chicken recipe of mine, which I make in my Breville (without convection on). We use chicken thighs, but I'm sure breasts would work as well. Place chicken in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, sprinkle with salt and pepper, garlic powder, oregano and or basil, and drizzle with olive oil. Squeeze the juice of one or two fresh lemons over the chicken, chuck the lemon rinds into the dish with the chicken, and bake at 450 F. for half an hour. The skin comes out sooo crispy. I usually serve with orzo or rice and a salad. Simple, fast, and delish!

Sounds good....
The other day my DW had me put Chicken Thighs in the Tefal ActiFry. A teaspoon of olive oil and 50 minutes later nice crispy skinned thighs with BBQ sauce for dipping. Worked great in the ActiFry.

I have found that some olive oils do a much better job of producing crisp than others.
