My DH is having problems with our 50 amp transfer switch. He keeps getting error codes, however we have no manual and can not locate one on line. We called Powerhouse and the manufacture was sold to another company and they are no longer in business. On the relay it says it is made by Automated Engineering Corp and is a "50 amp transfer switch by automated electrical control system with ESP". Is anyone familiar with this or knows where I can find a manual. Having no luck with google. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Patti and Ed

Patti and Ed,
Is there anything in the way of a model number? If there is, I'd suggest searching online for an electronic (think pdf) file of the manual using that model number.

Try this:Shut off ALL POWER – I.e. unplug the coach.Check to see if any of the screws clamping the wires are loose inside the unit.Make sure they are tight.Sometimes . . .
Then, hate to say it, consider replacing the unit with a Progressive Industries HW50C.Not because the other one might not start working after the above suggestion, but because you can get service on the HW50C.No power makes for a very unhappy RV experience and it could be just a matter of time.
BTW, did this just start after you moved?Could it be the power where you are located is “bad” and the device is doing its job?A thought
