My wife and I have been full-timing since 2009, but unfortunately a family medical issue has led to an unexpected end to our travels. In an effort to make the best out of our circumstances, we thought it would be nice if we could help out some folks that are thinking about hitting the road full-time and are looking for a less expensive way to get started. HELLO I MUST SAY I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER IT IS EXACTLY WHAT MY HUSBAND AND I ARE LOOKING FOR. WE OWN 5 ACRES WITH A 18X80 PALM HARBOR MOBILE ON IT IN WILLCOX, AZ AND WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO TRADE STRAIGHT ACROSS FOR YOUR 2010 FIFTH WHEEL AND 2008 F350 DIESEL. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED AT THE END OF A SHORT DIRT ROAD LESS THAN 3 MILES FROM INTERSTATE 10 EXIT 340 IN WILLCOX, AZ. WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER IS THE PERFECT MATCH FOR US AND I HOPE IT IS SOMETHING YOU WOULD CONSIDER A GOOD TRADE INVESTMENT. WE ARE MOVING TO NEW MEXICO NEXT WEEK AND LIVE ON THE ROAD ANYWAY SO OUR PLACE IN WILLCOX WILL JUST BE SOMETHING WE DEAL WITH IN THE FUTURE. PRESENTLY WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TRAVEL TRAILER TO LIVE IN AND THE TRUCK TO PULL IT WITH THAT NEEDS TO BE A DIESEL OR MY HUSBAND WOULDN'T WANT IT. SO AS YOU SEE YOUR LISTING IS JUST WHAT WE NEED. THE PLACE IN WILLCOX IS VERY COMFORTABLE IT HAS IT'S OWN WELL AND THE REST OF THE UTILITIES ARE UNDERGROUND. THERE IS A SMALL SHED THAT IS WIRED WITH 220 WHERE THE PRESSURE TANK IS LOCATED. I HAVE PUT A LITTLE EFFORT INTO GROWING GRASS AND A GARDEN THAT GROWS WILD OFF SPRINKLERS SET UP ON TIMERS AND GETS A LOT OF ATTENTION WHEN WE ARE THERE. EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN OUR RESIDENCE IN WILLCOX IF YOU WOULD BE INTERESTED IN CARRYING US ON PAYMENTS WE MIGHT BE ABLE TO WORK SOMETHING OUT. THE FOLLOWING WEB ADDRESS WILL TAKE YOU TO A GOOGLE PLUS PAGE THAT IS ALL ABOUT WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER IN WILLCOX, AZ. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND CONSIDERATION

Thanks for your interest. Your property looks nice, but it's not something we'd be interested in.
Also, we don't want to carry any paper on the sale. I don't know if that's a deal breaker, but if so, we understand.
