For those of you signed up there, do you continue to update your location each time you move? It's really a great way for us to try to meet!

We have updated ours each time we move. And check it each time we relocate just to see who might be in our path.

We still use it and update our location each time we move. We also use it to see where the new friends we've made are located.

I check in on it from time to time. Since we still are in a S&B, we don't need to update our location. I don't post on there very often, so the notifications that somebody commented on threads I participcated in or posts I made is a bit lost on me since I can't remember what it was about. I mostly use it to locate others I have contact with, though its only as good as the updates they provide. This forum is my "go to" source for 90% of info and connection with like-minded RVers.

I check in periodically (we're also still stationary until next year) and respond to the Dreamers Class of 2015 forum. Sometimes I check it to see what areas of the country random groups are in as the seasons change. This is particularly interesting for the Boondockers group. It isn't 100% accurate as I'm sure each group has stationary folks like us, but it is interesting.
I'm very much looking forward to using it once we hit the road .

We already got together with some RV-Dreamers because they were in the same campground. Once that happens, you will be motivated to keep your location updated on RVillage.

I check in every time we change locations... and have enjoyed many meet-ups that would not have otherwise happened. It'll only keep getting better with more villagers.. invite your friends so we all have more friends :)
It's been quite exciting to watch RVillage continue to grow since the launch - both in number of people, and seeing the rough edges smoothed out. Have you taken a look at the 'Explore' area lately? Lots of great new features, such as putting in your general route and being able to see fellow RVillagers and RV Parks along the way.
The team has also been putting together quick tutorial videos to show you how to use the various features: www.youtube.com/playlist
I look around the site, but unfortunately we are static right now. We did a quick trip to from southeast Texas to coastal NC, (family funeral), down to south Florida for a graduation (daughter!), then back to Texas. All in 13 days. So we had just about zero time to sit and relax, just a lot of butt time in the drivers seat.

I'm still struggling with it. It seems NOT to like my iPad which I use 99.5 % of the time but I finally found a workaround back door to change our park location. I'll check out the new features Cherie mentioned but although their CS is responsive I find it more trouble than it's worth. Cameron offered to Skype with us to help them see what is happening but we won't have the bandwidth to try that until next month, maybe.

I came close to deleting my account there as I don't feel part of and since I only have this "dumb phone" it is difficult to post there. Actually almost was going to give up on any forums until I get my computer back on line.

Mobile device workarounds are listed in the RVillage group, RVillage Beta Feedback, forum, which might help with iPads and phones.

I check it out on occasion. I just don't like the way it's formatted for comments in the various groups. I have a hard time following. Or maybe it's something I am doing wrong.

I don't want anyone to know where I am..
